Shipping & Returns
In the wake of COVID-19, we want to assure you that our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are taking extra sanitation measures when processing and fulfilling orders.
Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are between 1-3 business days although those times may vary due to COVID-19 and government orders. We will notify you as soon as our order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order. You can cancel for a full refund if your order has not yet been fulfilled/shipped.
Refunds and cancellations will be accepted if the order has NOT yet been processed or shipped. For sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges after the items have been shipped. Please make sure the correct coupon code and/or address is provided before checkout.
In the event that a product is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to email@example.com. This needs to be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for the shipping charge, nor can we replace or exchange used items.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the additional reshipment fee.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES BY USPS OR OTHER PARTIES.
